– The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
– Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the Homestay.
– All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
– All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
– Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
– Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics is strictly not permitted.
– Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
– A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.

• Tariffs shown on the website are the starting rates. It may vary as per different sets of rooms, additional facilities, tourist seasons, availability and other trade and market factors.

• All guests/tourists must abide by the laws and regulations of India. Any failure to do so will be the sole responsibility of the guest/tourist.
• We levy no cancellation charge on bookings cancelled prior 96 hours of arrival.
• 25% to be charged on bookings if cancelled between 96 hours to 48 hours of arrival.
• 50% to be charged on bookings if cancelled between 48 hours to 24 hours of arrival.
• No refund for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of arrival or no show.

• Foreign nationals need to provide passport and visa details along with permanent address proof and contact details for C-Form registration.
